Welcome to Thailand.

Upon arrival at the airport, you will be met and transferred to hotel for check in. Normal check in time is 2 pm, early check in subjects to hotel’s availability.

Today you are free to explore the city in your own way.

We would recommend you to explore the night life and shopping areas which are located in every nook and corner of Bangkok.

day 2

After breakfast, the first stop is Wat Pho – Bangkok’s oldest and largest temple. As you arrive early you can listen to the morning chants of the monks. In this temple, a huge statue of reclining Buddha is enshrined. Next,we see the Grand Complex which also encompasses Wat Phra Kaeo, one of Thailand’s most revered shrines, housing the statue of Emerald Buddha made from jade.

We stop for lunch at a local Thai Restaurant. Here you can savour various aromatic and delectable Thai delicacies. The restaurant is located next to the river where you can enjoy the river view, old town city part and authentic Thai food/seafood at the same time.

Transfer to the Tha Chang pier where you will board a classic longtail boat for a nice introductionary trip of Bangkok’s other side! You get a great impression in about 1 hour as much of the city life revolves around the river and its network of ‘klongs’ (canals). In some ways it is a trip through the past where you’ll see wooden houses on stilts, local folks doing their laundry/washing up/taking a bath in the klong, monitor lizards suddenly swimming by, and lots of other fascinating sights.

In the afternoon you are transferred for the overnight train journey to Chiang Mai. Overnight in the night train to Chiang Mai.

day 3

On arrival, you are met and taken to the hotel (check-in time around noon). Head out with your guide to explore the riverfront Warorot Market, which is a combination of colourful flowers, pungent spices and friendly but bustling crowds. You will also stroll the alley next to the market, filled with textiles, hill tribe clothes, silks, hats and beads.

At the market, we also stop for street food lunch here with a great range of Thai food for you to choose from such as noodle (There are many different kinds of noodle for you to choose from as well), Rice with steamed chicken, or northern food style which you can not find in Bangkok). The street food in Thailand is famous for its taste yet very cheap.

From the market take a Samlor, or rickshaw ride along Thapae Road, down through the city wall, passing residential and important government buildings around the city and return to the hotel.

Rest of the day is at leisure.

day 4

Today after breakfast, visit some important and revered temples.

First is Wat Phra Singh (Lion God) which is an important temple and major monastery, housing 700 monks who often approach tourists to practice their English. Visit Wat U Mong, a forest monastery where if you are lucky, you will have the chance to watch monks feeding deer.

Continue to what is probably Chiang Mai’s most famous landmark: Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep. The temple is located at the summit of 5,000-foot-high Doi Suthep Mountain. You can get your adrenalin pumping by climbing 300 steps or, take the cable tram. On clear days there are amazing views of valley.

After the tour at Wat Doi Suthep, we stop for a nice local restaurant, the restaurant is surrounded by nature with the view of Huay Kaew waterfall. This restaurant is famous for its homemade menu which they make everything themselves even the curry paste. You will get to enjoy the food and cool down from the heat with the chilly air from the nature.

Rest of the day is free at leisure until dinner time when you will meet with the guide at the lobby and head to Khum Khantoke for traditional Northern style dinner with the Lanna show.

day 5

After breakfast it is time for you to bid adieu to Chiang Mai, transfer to the airport for your flight to next destination – Luang Prabang.

Welcome to Luang Prabang, Laos. Your guide and driver will meet you at the airport for transfer to your hotel where you are free at leisure to refresh.

day 6

This morning starts your day and climb the 328 steps up Mount Phousi, which dominates the Luang Prabang skyline and offers a panorama over the city and spectacular views.

Visit the National Museum located in the former Royal Palace, where you can view treasures of Laos’ royal past, as well as the Prabang, a sacred Buddha image which gives the town its name. Continue to Wat Mai and continue walk to visit the Traditional Arts and Ethnology Centre. Showing you more about Laos’ Ethnic group especially, minorities around the country.

Lunch and refreshing time before we continue with the afternoon sightseeing.

In the afternoon, Visit the meditation exhibition at the tipping point of the peninsula, continue to visit Wat Xieng Thong, Luang Prabang largest temple known for its expansive Tree of Life mural telling the story of Buddhism.

Depend on the water level, walk your way down to Mekong river sand bank to amaze the beautiful sunset and enjoy some quiet time as the day break away.

Tonight, dinner at Son Phao restaurant and see the Laos traditional dance.

day 7

Option (subjects to additional surcharge): Rise early to join the locals lining up to offer food to the Buddhist monks walking back from morning prayers.

Start your day with a visit to the morning market where all the vendors from surrounding village gather to sell their products from the garden. Later have a bowl of noodle and a cup of local coffee before going to the fall.

Then drive out into the countryside to reach Khuang Si Waterfalls, a tiered fall in a lush forest setting where you can take a cooling swim or simply relax and enjoy the scenery.

Return way to Luang Prabang make a stop at Ock Pop Tok, set in a tropical Mekong garden it opens doors to learning about Lao textiles and crafts. Bringing alive our concept of east meets west, the center is a place where you can meet silk weavers, craft artisans and silkworms.

Come back and enjoy your free afternoon at leisure to discover the town.

day 8

After breakfast, aboard a boat and head up-river to visit the Pak Ou Caves, a popular pilgrimage site with thousands of Buddha images. From your boat, watch local fishermen in their work, and on your return trip stop by a riverside village to chat with the locals and see what life is like here.

Afternoon, transfer to airport for your flight to the next destination – Hanoi, Vietnam.

You are greeted at Noi Bai Airport for your transfer to the hotel. The rest of day will be free at your own leisure.

Hanoi is one of Asia’s most enchanting cities, full of culture, history and the engaging contradictions of a rapidly developing and deeply traditional society.

day 9

After breakfast at hotel, head out to Ba Dinh Square and start the day with President Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum and house-on-stilts plus the nearby One Pillar Pagoda.

Next is a visit to the Temple of Literature, dedicated to Confucius, built in the 11th century. It was the first university in Vietnam and students still come here to burn incense. You will find a peaceful atmosphere tinged with incense smoke, and sunken lotus ponds populated by fish and turtles.

Lunch at at KOTO, a well-trained restaurant, with the slogan “Know One, Teach One”. KOTO is a non-profit center where disadvantaged youths are given job training.

Drive through the busy city to visit Ethnology Museum, the place gives an excellent overview of the country’s ethnic groups. The large outdoor area features genuine houses and compounds as built by the many different ethnic group.

Back to the Old Quarter in the mid afternoon, a place you must experience while in Hanoi. You will find shopping and cultural / historical sites all wrapped into one. Walk to the central lake, located at the heart of the city, Hoan Kiem Lake is a historical site and one of the symbols of Hanoi, with Tortoise Tower and Ngoc Son Temple on the lake’s two islands. Back to Hotel for refreshment before heading out for a cozy dinner at Lý Club.

Continue with your journey to Ninh Binh.

You first visit Hoa Lu, the capital under the Dinh and Early Le dynasties in Vietnam in the 10th and 11th century. Its palaces, pagodas, tombs and pavilions, built by different dynasties, still carry the features of an ancient imperial capital.

Lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon, board a sampan for an extended journey along the winding river lined with trees and Trang An’s limestone mountains. You will stop at several small, historic temples which are the pride of the area’s inhabitants. The lush forests, clear river water, fresh air, magical caves and dramatic mountains will charm you from first glance.

Back to your hotel and spend your leisure time to explore the surrounding.

Dinner on your own at Buffalo Restaurant, time is from 19.00 to 22.00.The restaurant is located in the middle of garden and lake which is divided into indoor and outdoor spaces. The restaurant a la carte menus offer tasty European and authentic oriented dishes which you can feel the cozy and home-like ambiance. If you don’t feel convenient to go out for the meal, the Restaurant of the hotel offers room service as a comfortable alternative.

After breakfast, depart for Halong Bay, one of the most stunning natural wonders of the world, a picturesque blend of harmonious transition between the mountains and the sea.

On arrival, board a traditional junk and head out into the Gulf of Tonkin amongst the huge limestone outcrops and emerald waters. You spend the rest of the day cruising the myriad of tiny islands and many grottoes created by wind and the waves over the centuries.

You will get to visit a cave and participates several activities on board such as “Master Chef Competition” and fruit carving demonstration.

day 12

Start off your day with a Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck with complimentary tea and coffee being served. Rejuvenate your body and mind with the slow movement of Tai Chi and enjoy the dawn on the bay.

Light breakfast is served on board. The boat weighs anchor to sail to Cua Van floating village, you will take your time to visit the village which is voted as one of the 11 insanely beautiful small towns around the world by You can choose either kayak or traditional rowing boat to go around discovering local life on the waters.

Return to your boat and relax. Enjoy the brunch before checking out.

Back at the dock at around 11 am, you will be met and transferred to a village where you will enjoy the water puppet show by local artist, a traditional art form springing from rural society of the Red River Delta. Performed in a pool of water, the water surface is the stage, while the puppeteers stand behind a screen and manipulate the lacquered wooden puppets using bamboo rods and strings beneath the water surface. Enjoy the show, straight your legs and get to know the local life.

After the show, you will straight transfer to Noi Bai airport where you will take a flight and continue your trip to Hue.

Upon arrival, you are greeted at the airport and transferred to your hotel.

day 13

This morning, you will take a boat ride up the romantic Perfume River, enjoying the beautiful scenery along the river. The boat takes you to Thien Mu Pagoda, this 7-story octagonal tower is a symbol of Hue. Behind the pagoda are peaceful gardens and, somewhat incongruously, the old Austin car which transported Thich Quang Duc to Saigon in 1963 for his self-immolation.

Next, you visit King Tu Duc’s Tomb which is a sprawling compound centered around a lake and including numerous separate memorials connected by pleasant walkways. The major portions of the tomb complex were completed from 1864-67, along with future temple buildings that served as a retreat for Tu Duc and his many wives during his lifetime.

Lunch at the restaurant that located near the ancient citadel in a peaceful suburb of Hue and surrounding by beautiful garden.

This afternoon, visit the Imperial City at Hue is the remnant of a vast citadel. Here you can see the ravages of time and war on what was the carefully designed capital of the Nguyen Dynasty.

Before coming back to the hotel, you will visit the only-in-Vietnam Royal arena names Ho Quyen. This is the only Royal Arena in Asia where fights between tigers and elephants were organized during the Nguyen Dynasty. A visit to the Elephant Shrine will tell you about the legends of the honored Elephants.

After breakfast, check out Hue hotel and head out to Hoi An. The route south from Hue hugs the coast before climbing Hai Van Pass. Stop to admire stunning views over Lang Co Beach and Da Nang City and continue along My Khe Beach to Hoi An.

After check in hotel and have refreshment, you spend the afternoon to walk the ancient streets of Hoi An, lined with Chinese traders’ homes and wooden houses reincarnated as restaurants, cafes, and outlets for local artists, craftsmen and tailors. Explore the beautiful 16th century Japanese Bridge. Hoi An’s unique fusion of Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese architecture is well displayed here, in what is arguably Vietnam’s most tourist-friendly town.

Today will be free at your own leisure to discover the town. You can cycle to the beach and relax or wander around the town with many choices of shopping and spa. Hoi An is a paradise for custom made silk, fashionable clothing and accessories.

Have early breakfast this morning then check out, transfer to Da Nang airport for your onward flight to Ho Chi Minh city. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by local guide and driver.

Transfer to your hotel for check in.

This afternoon, you will visit the Reunification Palace, the former residence of the President of South Vietnam. You can visit the “War Room” from where the South Vietnamese forces were controlled, and where the North Vietnamese army finally took control in the Fall of Saigon on April 30, 1975.

Walk to the central square where you will see all Saigon iconic buildings. Built between 1877 and 1883, Saigon’s Neo-Romanesque Notre Dame Cathedral is a center of Catholicism in modern Vietnam, and one of the city’s major landmarks.

The Saigon Post Office, a classic French colonial structure, is still a functioning post office today and features huge ceilings, a giant portrait of Uncle Ho, and many beautiful details.

The rest of the day is free at leisure. You may wish to visit various shopping centers or some of the many nightime entertainment venues.

Enjoy a special dinner – a feast for senses. Take away your sight senses, and experience a culinary journey through taste, smell, touch and sound. This is not simply dining, but rather a uniquely mind-altering experience.

This morning, drive to the land of rivers, the Mekong Delta.

The program will start with a visit of Vinh Long market. This is the best choice for you to take pictures of fish, shrimps, prawns, crabs, snakes, rice-field rats, tropical fruits, vegetable… Next stop will be the brick kilns where you can see how the local people create beautiful potteries. Your boat will go along the floating village, there you will learn how to farm catfish on Mekong river.

Lunch will be served at local house, have a cup of tea when enjoying the traditional music.

In the afternoon, walk along the village to the local workshops where you can see how to make rice paper, coconut candy and pop-rice, pop-corn…

Come back homestay for a fresh shower and cooking some dishes with the owners. You enjoy diner & overnight at local house.

Bid farewell to your host after breakfast, get on board to cruise to Cai Be floating market. Get on land at Tan Phong island for a biking / walking on village paths where you are surrounded by local farms, houses, fruit farm, the daily life of Mekong Delta habitants just lively and peacefully as it is for you to encount. You can learnt how they make rice-net for spring-rolls, sew coconut-leaves for cottage roof and specially see how they wave the dried water-hyacinth to make many products: baskets, bags, hats, wallets, shoes…

The rowing boat will take you deeper into the countryside on smaller canals and to enjoy the peaceful time. Your boat journey ends at Cai Be town where you transfer back to Ho Chi Minh city, lunch en route at local restaurant.

Farewell dinner will be a cozy restaurant lococated in a lane of Saigon which was a French villa.

The day is free at leisure in Ho Chi Minh City for some last minute shopping.

Begin your day to explore the famed Angkor Wat Temple. The largest and best preserved among the many temples in the area, Angkor Wat is the highlight of most all Cambodia holiday packages, and the experience of walking its sacred grounds is not to be forgotten.

Afternoon you will enter the South Gate of Angkor Thom, then view the massive stone faces on the towers of the Bayon. Continue to Ta Prohm which has been left just as it was when rediscovered: a photogenic and atmospheric maze of jungle growing up through temple ruins.

You will enjoy the first dinner in Siem Reap in a stylish contemporary restaurant with the set menu from elegance décor dishes including the best of Cambodian flavors. The Apsara dance show is one of the more sophisticated on offer and is an affordable way to get a cultural fix in Siem Reap.

Optional Evening (subjects to additional surcharge) Enjoy PHARE circus in the evening. The Cambodian Circus has long been famous for their performances, and this NGO teaching street kids to become circus artists is a regular at international circus conventions worldwide. Enjoy their interpretations of modern life and issues in Cambodian society.

After breakfast you will transfer to the local market of Siem Reap. The local market is full of fresh fish, meat, vegetables and fruit; here you can observe traditional ways of life and meet many friendly local people.

Continue to visit the Angkor National Museum, this world class museum introducing the profound cultural landmarks of Siem Reap spreads over 20,000 sq.m and reveals the legends of the Golden Era of the Khmer empire. The museum is a landmark providing complete facilities and recreation services for both tourists and the local community.

Enjoy lunch time at a unique community-based tourism site that offers a genuine surrounding and the chance to immerse you into the real atmosphere of Cambodia’s countryside.

After lunch, explore Banteay Srei (known as the Women citadel), a smaller temple which nevertheless stands out for its ornate red sandstone design.

On the way back, stop to visit the Butterfly Garden where you can see and touch to thousand butterflies. This was started to help the ecology and stimulate the local people to think about the environment and hence creating work opportunity. You can walk in the enclosure, and you can see how the process starts with a caterpillar. This place offers a slice of peace and tranquility between temple visits. It is fun to learn the names of the species that we’d been seeing on our hikes around the temples. You are able to sit for a short while after the tour, just enjoy the environment and a cool drink surrounded by the butterflies.

Finally, find what may be the most memorable image of your trip to Cambodia at Pre Rup, with a spectacular sunset view over the Angkor Archaeological Park.

The last dinner in Siem Reap is well served at a fusion themed contemporary restaurant for the whole group. The restaurant has a trendy garden lounge bar where you can unwind while listening to selected music, after dinner and hangout for the last night here.

After breakfast and check-out, you will head out to Kompong Kleang “floating village”, which is, in fact, a stilt house settlement of over 20,000 people where structures can tower up to ten meters above the water. Greeted by waves of the friendly locals, here you can glimpse Cambodia’s countryside culture and traditional family lifestyle.
